REKON ACQ
Designed for industrial and retail sale, it is an unelutable and ecological, chrome free wood preservative. It is meant to protect rafting framing roofs and outside building elevations. It is destined for surface protection through soaking, painting and spraying, also suitable for pressure-vacuum impregnation. It is allowed for trading and use in Germany and has a German Institute of Science and Technology certificate. It has also been given certificates by a National Institute of Hygiene and Institute of Building Techniques in Warsaw.

REKON PYRO
A special developed liquid wood preservative destined for preventice treatment of the timber against dry rot and wood borers and also as a fire-retardant. It has also been given certificates by a National Institute of Hygiene and Institute of Building Techniques in Warsaw.

Timber drying kilns.

KATRES has been producing timber drying kilns since 1991. Their production programme includes 70 typical chamber dryers, for the volume of 4 to 230 m3 of charged timber. All dryers are computer controlled by an automatic regulation programme MK 320 or MK 800. The KATRES products – chamber dryers, using in their technology the convectional method of sawn timber drying, which is based on a warm air circulation system, ensure you about:

Soaking impregnating and vacuum pressuring equipment

The production programme of VYVOS company includes both soaking impregnating equipment and vacuum-pressure impregnating equipment. Soaking impregnation is mainly used to protect wooden building constructions. The vacuum-pressure method is used to protect building wood and also for garden architecture in one of the 4 classes of protection. Impregnation is made in a solution of water an chrome or non-chrome salts. The equipment meets the technological standards of European Union concerning wood impregnation. Mixtures of water, pigments and preparates improving the putting properties. Best suitable for dying both conifer and decidous wood, especially spruce, beech and alder.

SIMALFA is a glue on the base of water as well as sensitive to pressure, which has been tested several times. It may be used for bonding various kinds of  foamS products and upholstering materials. This glue is characterized by both perfect binding proprieties and a high degree of elasticity and resistance to high temperatures. The initial strength of the bond of glue SIMALFA is perfectly comparable with the ones  which include solvents. Depending on the type, the glue is put on one or both united surfaces using  a low-pressure glue-gun (HVLP).

The use:
SIMALFA is especially suitable to be applied in the foam and upholstering industry to join foam materials, particularly latex foams, polyester, polyurethane and  polythene. It can also be used to glue upholstering  materials, particularly  wood, chip plates, asphalt roofing, jute, rubber fibers etc.
